I've spent most of the last five years writing ads, but I like words of all kinds. I'm particularly interested in writing as it relates to branding and design—exploring shifts in talk and text that are permitted (or necessitated) by shifts in visual identity.
I've noticed that when you're buying pistachios, you really have to look closely to make sure they haven't been over-roasted.
I usually look for flashes of bright green in the cracks. That's not an analogy or anything. It's just something I've noticed.
